FIXER FILL is a pasty, polyurethanic mortar, ready to use for appliance on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Due to its special synthesis and its portable inert elements, gives an aesthetically excellent and smooth result of traditional coating, in a very light gray shade as well as in a series of indelible shades through the coloring system FIXER building materials.

FIXER IBRIDO is an aqueous emulsion of special resins and ointment polyurethane, used to protect and highlight the surface of floors and walls from natural stones and cement mortars. Gives the above surfaces, as the case may be, a satin look, as well as hardness, while making them easier to clean daily. It is easy to apply and provides a glow of high aesthetics.

HEAT PROOF is a special heat-absorbing admixture for insulators of all kinds. Acrylic insulators, elastomers and hybrids of all categories and all qualities. This material mixes with all of the above and improves their performance. It gives the material greater hardening, durability, spreading and most importantly traps the solar temperature by improving the specifications of each insulator. Specially treated with refractory properties and great whiteness. Creates after mixing a slightly rough surface with non-slip properties. It has very high adhesion to almost all smooth surfaces, on which, without pre-treatment, it is practically impossible to coat other materials. The surface on which it is applied acquires a rough texture, which resembles high-strength cement mortar. The ratio is ready for every 10Lt of insulation product and no dilution is needed. Only very good agitation to disperse and be fully assimilated.

SURFACE PREPARATION – APPLICATION: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of defective or poorly cohesive materials. When applied as a plaster adhesive primer, it can be diluted with water in a maximum amount of 10%. This work is done after the first stirring of the mixture. In any case, it is recommended to precede a test application. Prior to application, it should be mixed well with a mechanical stirrer at low speeds (300 – 400 rpm). Apply with a brush or roller in a thin uniform layer. One and only layer is usually enough. Allow it to polymerize on the surface for about 12 hours depending on the humidity conditions and ambient temperature. In any case it must be applied continuously on layers without gaps. If this is not ensured there is a risk of partial detachment. Once polymerized we can proceed to the coatings we wish to make. Protect it from the frost. Do not apply at temperatures below 5 ° C.

Gypsum board Primer is a white acrylic water primer with high strength and penetration. It is odorless, environmentally friendly and user friendly. Recommended for priming indoors and outdoors.
